Job Summary
Full Time - NO Weekends!  We are currently searching for a highly-motivated, computer savvy office assistant. This position will provide general office and administrative support to a small, growing, fast-paced office. Knowledge and experience in the automotive industry are needed.  Successful candidates will be able to take direction from others and pay strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities & Requirements
• Customer Service – phones and online
• Position requires proficiency with high volume data entry of order details in excel spreadsheets, accuracy and attention to detail are crucial.
• Research & tracking of orders on multiple supplier websites.
• Research & tracking of orders through email correspondence
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Drive and QuickBooks.
• Good internet search skills for evaluating options for finding vendors and pricing.
• Ability to write, speak and interact clearly and professionally.
• Assist with website launch - work with the ISP on content
• Take responsibility for certain website maintenance such as posting new press releases, updating text and monitoring user activity
• Develop exceptional working relationships with customers and vendors.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
