We installed this on our GR86 and we really did notice a differnce in the sound in the start up, now the manufacture cant make that promise on all cars but the logic makes sense - Check out our video of the product below.  Plus the fact of the Concept that it can clear out your RTV on the Gen2 cars is great. 

With patent pending oil filter adapter contains a full flow check valve that retains oil in the oil filter and oil feed from the pump, resulting in faster oil delivery to the engine. Easy to install and comes with everything you need. Comes with air valve for oil filter evacuation prior to oil filter removal making filter change quick and clean. Accepts the factory recommended spin on oil filters.

For Subaru FA20/24 and FB16/20/25 Engines with top mounted oil filters  Adapter will add 2” plus the length of your chosen filter, please consider these dimensions and clearances prior to ordering.
