SPAL FANS - Increases cooling at speeds VS. a fan shroud.
A fan shroud: While great at improving flow through the radiator at speeds under 20-30MPH, actually hinders flow at higher speeds. This actually causes both an increase in vehicle drag, as well as reduced performance from blocking flow.
Both SPAL fans are removeable without removing the hood latch while just undoing 2 hex nuts - allowing you to remove both fans easily for on the spot weight reduction.
SPAL fans vs. Low Pro fans - SPAL fans allow for a stronger and greater airflow through the cooling stacks resulting in better cooling compared to Low Pro fans that struggle to manage pushing enough airflow through the cooling stacks.
